I was born in China and grew up in a small town in the northeast of Beijing. However, deep inside, I know I always want to travel overseas and see the world. So, I decided to make a bold move by studying abroad and immersing myself in a diverse culture. With a strong passion for storytelling and creative productions, I was very fortunate to get accepted to the Radio-Television-Film program at the University of Texas at Austin, and I have been working in the creative fields ever since. After over 10 years of living in Houston and Austin, I’m glad to call Texas home and be a part of this dynamic community.

 

When I'm not working on projects, I like to travel and write down my journeys. I have traveled to East Asia, Europe, and South America, and there is just so much to see and write about each place I visit. Besides creating and blogging, I embrace life-long learning with a positive attitude.
